Damaged or defective bags & liners:

Should you have a damaged or defective liner, please email us at fsorders@plascongroup.com with a photo of the case label and details regarding the damage or defect.  Returns / refunds are not accepted unless received in a damaged condition 

Any refund dispute or unresolved claims for damaged or defective liners are to be resolved in the appropriate courts in Grand Traverse County Michigan, applying Michigan law. All claims must be in written form (no phone calls) and remitted to:
